Several years of PM2.5 measurements made by the Fairbanks North Star Borough in downtown Fairbanks are analyzed in conjunction with radiosonde observations performed at the Fairbanks International Airport. Preliminary results show a relationship between inversions depth, stack height and PM2.5 concentrations that is stronger during night than at day.
